As defined, company culture is the personality of the company from an employee perspective. It constitutes company mission, goals, values, ethics, and work environment. It is the circuit breaker of the company wherein relies the power of all parts of the house. It tells how things should be done and interconnected for it to accomplish its mission. When something doesn’t work well, and is wrong, everything else is affected and should be checked.
